The Kick Off Meeting was the first TPM meeting between partners of Erasmus+ project European Green Schools Council (EGSC) – No. 2025-1-RO01-KA220-SCH-000355528.

Period: November, 04-06th, 2025

Location: Școala Gimnazială Ștefan Octavian Iosif Tecuci (Romania)

Participants: 24 teachers from Vicho Grancharov Secondary School (Bulgaria), Nachalno uchilishte Tsani Ginchev (Bulgaria), Agrupamento de Escolas de Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal), Istituto Comprensivo Di Vittorio-Padre Pio (Italy), IES PUNTA DEL VERDE (Spain) and Școala Gimnazială Ștefan Octavian Iosif Tecuci (Romania)

Objectives:

  • Strengthening partnership relations between schools in the project
  • Preparing for effective project implementation

Activities:

The first day of KOM was held according to the following program:

  • welcoming of guests, socializing;
  • visiting the host school: „Ștefan Octavian Iosif” Secondary School in Tecuci (Romania);
  • artistic moment prepared and presented by the students of the host school;

  • presentation of the project and the GANTT diagram of the project;

The program was interspersed with numerous icebreaker and teambuilding  moments, which relaxed the atmosphere and created a special bond between the participants.

The second day program:

  • welcoming the guests, socializing;
  • presentation and discussion of each work package;
  • discussion of the implementation of the project activities;
  • analysis and programming of all mobilities within the project;
  • discussion of the digital platforms that will be used in the implementation of the films and animations within the project;

The program was completed with artistic moments, discussions between the guest teachers and the students of the host school, which led to the strengthening of partnership relations.

The last day program:

  • welcoming the guests, socializing;
  • discussion and approval of the Project Implementation Plan, the Risk Plan, the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan;
  • analysis of the entire KOM activity, conclusions, impressions, proposals;
  • visiting the Tecuci History Museum;
  • completing the KOM evaluation survey;
